GUE Rec 1 Course

GUE Recreational Diver Level 1 is an entry level scuba diving course for those who want to learn to dive for the first time through the highly credited GUE training method.
The course focuses on developing strong foundational skills that support comfort and competence in the water – from basic body position and kicking techniques, to more complex elements such as equipment configuration, trim, buoyancy, situational awareness and team diving.
