TDI Intro to Tec
Intro to Tec
The TDI Intro To Tech course takes the basic principles learned in previous recreational courses and expands on them – deepening each student’s skill set to prepare them for more technically advanced diving as they continue to deeper depths in future tec courses.
Students will learn to:
- Master buoyancy, trim, and balance
- Improve in-water skills
- Streamline new equipment configurations
- In-depth dive planning methods
- Expand on gas management and situational awareness
Intro to Tec can be taught on either a single cylinder or a twinset. Students can use a single cylinder if they are taking the course to fine-tune their skills, while a twinset is recommended for divers looking for technical dive experience in order to gain the foundations needed for future technical courses.
