What is Technical Diving?

Technical diving exceeds the standard recreational scuba limits imposed on depth (40m) and bottom times. It involves accelerated decompression and/or the use of variable gas mixtures during a dive. Technical diving opens the door to deeper and more challenging underwater exploration but comes with higher risks which demands a higher level of expertise.

TEC COURSES AT SCUBA SEEKERS

Technical diving will further develop your skills and interests as a diver. The courses are challenging and rewarding in equal measure; most divers find once they are tec trained, it changes how they dive recreationally – in the best way possible.

The more safe and comfortable a diver feels in the water, the more satisfying and memorable their diving experience will be. At Scuba Seekers, our highly trained and experienced Tec team works with each student to help them build a solid foundation of skills right from the start, encouraging all our divers – from total tec newbies to deco diving veterans- to unlock their full potential underwater.
