RECREATIONAL DIVING

IN DAHAB, EGYPT

Dahab offers a unique and relaxed dive experience, distinct from other Red Sea destinations due to its predominantly shore-based diving. Divers can expect to enter the water directly from the beach – allowing for optimal flexibility and more time underwater.

The underwater landscape is often referred to as a natural swimming pool due to crystalline visibility, minimal-to-zero current, and dive-able conditions year round. This makes ideal training grounds for students learning to dive or undertake more advanced courses; as well as for newly certified divers looking to gain valuable experience through our guided dive packages.

The dive sites themselves are a captivating mix of sloping reefs, dramatic drop-offs, and unique geological formations like the famous Blue Hole and Canyon. These sites teem with vibrant coral gardens and an abundance of marine life. There is something for divers at every level and the same site can be completely different at varying depths or dived in a slightly different profile – in Dahab there is always more to see!

What is SCUBA?

Recreational scuba diving utilizes a self-contained underwater breathing apparatus (hence the name SCUBA!) to allow for exploration of the underwater environment – including coral reefs, shipwrecks, and diverse marine ecosystems within the recreational limit of 40m.

REC COURSES AT SCUBA SEEKERS

Scuba Seekers offers a complete range of both SSI and PADI courses (as well as personalized workshops and conservation courses) in Dahab – from try dives, to the first full certification course and all the way up to the professional Divemaster and Instructor levels. Our courses will leave each student with a strong foundation on which to further develop as a diver.

Digital eLearning materials accompany each course in order to maximize in-water practice and experience with all training done directly in the Red Sea – no pool training here! Scuba Seekers also invests in top of the line equipment for your course needs and maintains it to the highest standards.

We ensure all students learn and follow safe diving practices as well as provide them with a dive computer during all courses. This educates student divers on how to independently track and stay within their personal diving limits. Certifications are always earned and never guaranteed.
