We’re looking for someone who will be at the head of the Scuba Seekers team – they’re an exceptional individual with drive and passion.

The Dive Centre Manager is a key member of the company’s leadership team, leading the centre to deliver excellent and safe customer experiences and service through the efficient management and oversight of daily dive operations, retail sales, hospitality opportunities, delivery of all marketing and promotion activity and all other aspects of the customer journey. This includes responsibility for accurate dive related and equipment record-keeping, customer invoicing and managing those aspects of the centre’s budget that have been delegated to the Centre Manager.

In addition, the Centre Manager is responsible for the leadership and management of the various groups of dive instructors, administrative (counter) staff, compressor room teams and other staff.

Our tech department is expanding, and we are now also actively recruiting a Technical Diving  Instructor.

You must be qualified and experienced enough to teach up to TDI Extended Range, but if you have any additional instructor qualifications, this is definitely a benefit.

Ideally, you would be familiar with the dive sites in Dahab at both recreational and technical depths, as the ideal candidate will also be an experienced technical guide, happy to take technical groups around all of our dive sites. It would be great, but in no way essential, if you had experience guiding rebreather divers, as well as people on open circuit.

Are you an experienced recreational Scuba Instructor (PADI OWSI or above)? If so, please get in touch. We are looking for fully qualified instructors who are confident teaching at all levels of PADI recreational diving.

We would also want you to be familiar with the dive sites in Dahab, as the ideal candidate will also be an experienced guide, happy to take groups around all of our dive sites.

Do your skills lie out of the water, in customer service, booking and reservations, administration or accounts? In which case you might have the skills we need to grow our back office and counter team to support the ever growing number of divers we have at our centre each month.

You need to have the essential skills to work in a busy, fast paced environment and the calm head to stay accurate and focused when everything around you is moving at one hundred kilometers an hour.

Our counter is responsible for maintaining and providing excellent customer service and you’ll be there to ensure that all customer inquiries, questions, and requirements are addressed in a friendly, diplomatic and helpful manner.

We need you to have the following skills:

• Fluent written and spoken English
• Some experience working at a fast-paced dive centre
• Experience working within a team
• Experience of sales
• Fantastic computer skills

You would be even better for us if you had:
• Fluent written and spoken Arabic
• Lots of other spoken languages
• Experience of working with recreational and technical divers
• No wish for cigarettes (we are a non-smoking dive centre)

Scuba Seekers offers a competitive salary, an average of two days off per week and annual leave.
