Scuba Seekers Store have the right to cancel any order without notice for pricing, stock or quality issues.
Payment
We like to make your purchase as easy and convenient as possible. We accept all major credit cards such as MasterCard and Visa, we accept cash as well.
The Prices of the equipment doesn’t include the delivery. The delivery price depends on the destination and weight (We only deliver in Egypt).
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days and the items are preserved in its new conditions with the complete original packaging and components, and show no signs of use. To return an item please email our customer service at store@scubaseekers.com and attach a copy of your original purchase invoice. If there are multiple items on the invoice, please note in the email which item it is you want to return.
NO RETURNS will be accepted on special order or non-stock merchandise (such as dry suits, custom made wings..etc). Special order items and deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Refunds will be issued by the original method of payment. Notice that the refunds by credit cards usually take 3-5 working days to show in your account.
We have the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our returns criteria (for example used, worn or items returned without original packaging).
Cancellations
We will try to cancel your order before it being sent out, but we cannot always guarantee a successful cancellation will take place.
To help us complete your cancellation as soon as possible, add “Cancellation” in the email subject line and ensure all other details like order number and item name are included within the message.
Special orders CANNOT BE CANCELLED once placed with our suppliers.
Delivery
We will do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. However, delivery on time is not guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances or any issues. We are also not responsible for production delays especially on special orders. Please feel free to email us to resolve your issues promptly.
In a rare case of non-delivery it is the buyer’s responsibility to notify us if the shipped items haven’t been received within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. If we didn’t receive a notification within that period, the buyer can’t refund their order.
